Quooker have introduced a new service contact form. This new system will allow you to submit a support request without even needing to telephone or email!
Providing a world-class service is the foundation of Quooker’s ethos, which is why they have made it easier for you to obtain help with your Quooker tap or accessories in the rare event anything goes wrong.
To facilitate the new system, Quooker have introduced the service contact form. As there is no longer need to hold in the phone queue, issues can be dealt with more efficiently. This will result in a faster response time and avoid having to go through Counter Interiors to book any repairs, though we’re always on hand if you need any assistance.
With all the information in one place, Quooker can get the right help to you much quicker – whether it’s scheduling a phone call to talk through fixing the problem, or sending out one of their engineers if the problem can’t be solved remotely. Quooker aim to get to you within a maximum of 10 working days of an issue being reported, however for urgent problems they will of course do their best to book a visit as soon as possible.

From flashing lights to dripping taps, Quooker will have the solution. Did you know, you can diagnose most issues straight away by using the online self-service questionnaire? By answering a series of questions about your appliance and the issues you are experience, you could potentially fix the problems yourself and be up and running again in no time.
Once the problem has been diagnosed, any spare parts needed can be ordered directly through Quooker after which an engineer will arrive to repair your appliance.
