Delivering the performance of a professional kitchen alongside truly breathtaking looks, this stunning space is everything our Stamford Bridge clients hoped for and more.
Our clients love cooking and hosting fabulous dinner parties. They were looking to create a much more sociable kitchen to help them achieve restaurant-quality meals at home. Their previous kitchen left very little space for dining or relaxing. However, with such a large room to contend with, finding a way to utilise space without dominating it like before was challenging.
The first thing we did was to propose installing 8 meters of bi-folding glass doors along one wall. This really helped brighten up the space, establishing a stunning view for our clients and their guests to admire. Flooding the room with natural light allowed us to embrace a more dramatic and sophisticated colour palette. The black slate and woodgrain finish bring an opulent tone to the room, adding depth without overwhelming the space. The gorgeous and practical veined Dekton worktop adds another luxurious tactile element, softening the vast 3-meter island.
The island layout, complete with two sleek runs of Nolte Flair handleless cabinetry, is absolutely perfect for cooking and entertaining. It provides plenty of room for guests to relax and mingle while integrating seamlessly with the rest of our client’s home. The island features Siemens’ freeInduction hob and glassdraftAir countertop extractor. Combining sleek looks and extraordinary functionality, these appliances are ideal for our client who delights in impressing their family and friends with their food.
The star of the show is undeniably the bank of fabulous cooling units. Our clients had their hearts set on the superb aCool range from Siemens from day one. The eye-catching fridge, freezer and wine cooler trio don’t just look fantastic. They offer ample storage space and unrivalled performance. The Home Connect enabled wine cooler allows our clients to browse their wine collection from their phones, so they always know what they have and what it will pair with.
Fusing breathtaking surfaces, an ingenious layout and state-of-the-art appliances, this extraordinary kitchen is up there with some of our all-time favourite projects. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have earned the Siemens Design award for this space.
