Who are the KBSA?
The KBSA was founded in 1978 and is the Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Specialist Association, and the nationally recognised association for independent home retailers. They aim to promote the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship and provide consumers with an assurance of quality. To become a KBSA retailer, a company must be invited to join before meeting professional standards, workmanship, and quality criteria. Financial records and previous client feedback are scrutinised to provide further assurance to clients.
